The hawk returned again today looking for lunch.
Today, snake was on the menu rather than squirrel… and the snake was not as fortunate as the squirrel was yesterday.

Afternoon Drama
A red tailed hawk came to our yard looking for lunch.
The hawk is staring at the squirrel that was almost lunch.
The squirrel is staring back at the hawk.
They sat like this for several minutes, at which point the hawk realized the squirrel didn’t want to be lunch and flew off.
High Energy Wildlife
As you can see, we have some very high energy wildlife around here.
